For the past fifteen years Cary has conducted a comprehensive review of the progress and challenges Israel has encountered during the prior twelve months. Gains were made in population growth, a rebounding economy, and other positives. On the other side of the ledger, the fifth election in recent years produced a government that is not popular among major segments of the population; most particularly due to their attempts to pass “Judicial Reform.” On the diplomacy scene both positives and negatives were experienced.
