Make your own Wellness Swag Bag including: sleep mask, recipes for healthy snacks, lavender and chamomile oil sachets, tea bags and chocolate hearts. Try a taste of yoga and Pilates. Engage in mindful practices like relaxation, guided imagery and breathing.
To make the most of this event, please remember to:
1. Dress in comfortable clothes such as yoga pants, sweatpants or leggings. 2. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you need a yoga mat, email Julie Mokotoff.
3. This event will be capped at 50 participants on a first-come, first-serve basis. After that, we will create a waitlist.
