Airborne Lt. (Res.) Omer Noy served as our Temple Emanu-El Shinshin from 2018–2019. Last summer, he joined us in person with a presentation about being on the Edge of Gaza. For this lunch and learn, we will gather on Zoom to hear a briefing on the experience of Operation ‘Rising Lion.’ This time, Omer was not in the field, but rather home with his family as a civilian.

From the edge of Gaza to a civilian in the bomb shelter, Omer represents a whole spectrum of the Israeli experience since October 7th. Following his presentation, there will be time for Q & A.
